Leather Care Guide
Made to age beautifully.
Full-grain leather changes with use. A little thoughtful care protects its character without erasing the marks that make it yours.
The simple routine
Care without complication.
Most leather needs less intervention than you might expect. Start gently and use products sparingly.
Brush
Remove loose dust with a clean, soft-bristled brush or dry cloth.
Wipe
For light surface dirt, use a barely damp cloth and let the leather dry naturally.
Condition
Apply a small amount of leather conditioner only when the surface begins to feel dry.
Rest
Allow the piece to absorb and dry away from direct heat before returning it to use.
Protect the material
What to avoid.
Leather is durable, but harsh treatment can permanently change its surface.
Avoid
- Soaking or machine washing
- Household cleaners, alcohol, or sanitizing wipes
- Hair dryers, radiators, and direct heat
- Heavy coats of oil or conditioner
Store with care
- Empty pockets before long-term storage
- Keep in a cool, dry place
- Allow airflow; avoid sealed plastic bags
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight

A record of use
Patina is part of the story.
Natural variations, darkening, softening, and small marks are expected in full-grain leather. They are not defects; they are evidence of an honest material responding to your hands, pockets, and daily life.
