Agreement to these terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Oak Buck Leather Goods (“Oak Buck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Store information and leather products.

We work to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens display color differently and handmade goods may vary slightly. Full-grain leather naturally varies in grain, tone, texture, and markings and develops patina with use. These qualities are not manufacturing defects.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, release timing, and specifications may change without notice. We may limit sales by person, household, region, or order when reasonably necessary, including for small-batch releases.

Orders, pricing, and payment.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, unauthorized resale, payment failure, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are added when applicable. You represent that the billing, shipping, and payment information you provide is current, complete, and authorized.

Shipping, returns, and warranty.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Responsibility for loss transfers as permitted by applicable law when the order is delivered to the address you provided. Please review shipping details before submitting an order and contact us promptly about delivery problems.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Craftsmanship claims are governed by our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Permitted use.

You may use the site only for lawful, personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy, or harvest content or customer data; impersonate another person; use false payment or account information; circumvent purchase limits; or use the site in violation of law or another person's rights.

We may suspend or end access for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the store, Oak Buck, our providers, or other customers.

Intellectual property and submissions.

The Oak Buck name, emblems, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, site design, and other content are owned by Oak Buck or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site under these Terms.

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, idea, or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Oak Buck a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display it in connection with our business. We will not treat unsolicited ideas as confidential.

Third parties and disclaimers.

Our store may use or link to third-party platforms, payment services, carriers, and websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Oak Buck is not responsible for third-party content or conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oak Buck and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the site or products. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Oak Buck for the product or order giving rise to that claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

General terms.

You agree to indemnify Oak Buck from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement concerning their subject matter. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
